What We Do
Conduct frequent review and benchmarking with college and industry best practices related to compensation management to ensure Humber's market competitiveness and internal equity for all staff groups.
Provide direction to job evaluation process to ensure consistency in job descriptions and equitable evaluations for all staff.
Ensure payroll processing is accurate and on time.
Manage the relationship with our benefit partner(s); provide employees with the
tools and processes necessary to understanding their benefit plans. Provide information and advice regarding college pension plan and retirement planning, and promote awareness of the value of the pension plan as a tool for
attracting and retaining talent in the College system.
