Program Coordinator, Systems Navigator
In addition to a reduced load of teaching responsibilities, the incumbent will be responsible for coordination of the day-to-day operation of the program. Responsibilities will include: overseeing curriculum development and the launch of the program; recommending curricula changes/modifications as deemed appropriate; participating in the work of external program advisory committees; providing advice to management with regard to the staffing of courses and developing and maintaining industry connections to the Systems Navigator Certificate program.
The successful candidate will be a full-time Professor in the School of Health Sciences with a minimum of a Master’s degree in a health and/or social care related field and a minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience in relevant subjects. The incumbent will be registered with a professional college in the health or social care field and will have a history of professional scholarship. The successful candidate will demonstrate well-developed interpersonal communication and problem solving skills and have proven ability in curriculum development and delivery.
Duration: This Coordinator position is a three (3) year term.

As per Article 14.03 A 3 of the Academic Collective Agreement, a Coordinator’s allowance will be paid in addition to the successful candidate’s salary as a Professor.
