Reporting to the Dean, the Administrative Assistant will be the Department’s central contact, responsible for scheduling meetings, organizing materials required to support calendars and events, and acting as a point of contact between the Dean and college stakeholders. The incumbent will create regular reports, manage departmental workflows, process invoices, maintain financial records, and monitor the budget.
The successful candidate will possess a college diploma or equivalent in Office/Business Administration, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated skill with office management systems and ERPs is required, as is advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. The ability to be proactive and to prioritize and organize numerous demands is essential, as are, excellent oral and written communication skills.
