AODA Customer Service Standards Training

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (2005) requires Humber College to become fully accessible to people with disabilities by 2025. The Customer Service Standards training module is a legislated training for all Humber employees that outlines what Humber College is required to do to ensure that its goods and services are accessible to all members of the Humber Community.

This is an online training session specific to each Humber employee group. Select your group below to begin your specialized training:

* At the end of the module, you will receive a certificate of completion that you must complete and submit to the Centre for Human Rights, Equity and  Diversity.
