Payroll

The Payroll team within HR Services processes pay for approximately 5000 employees on a bi-weekly basis, every other Friday. Employee pay data is received from a variety of sources, and deadlines for receipt of this information are important to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time. The Payroll Calendar details pay dates, processing dates and deadlines for entering/receipt of payroll information.

Note: The Payroll Authorization Form (PAF) should be used primarily when payment is being distributed across FOAPs. 
All other individual payment types should be processed as a One Time Payment (OTP) in HRMS.
